Our Ford Escape engine light notification was on one morning. Mr. John gave us a diagnostic price over the phone. We dropped our vehicle off by noon that day. By 5:30pm, that same day, we had been given an estimate, the work was done, and we drove our Escape home. Great customer service, great car service and felt we paid a fair price. : )

Always quick and gets the job done. Every time I have ever used Bentley's, with the exception of body work, I have dropped my vehicle off in the morning and picked it up fixed that afternoon. That is a huge plus.

Truck runs good after changing head gaskets and installing new bulletproof oil and egr coolers, and radiator. Only negative is my new seat covers were covered in grease and dirt. I just purchased and installed them the day before bringing my truck in.
